I used to take my car here until they stole a bunch of ones out of my car. When i realized this and drove back to alert the manager he questioned each employee that i saw work on my care in front of me (which of course no one is going to 'fess up to that on the spot) and then flatly denied that anyone stole anything. Well, i guess I'm a liar then (?). Bottom line it was only a few bucks, but at least have the common courtesy to acknowledge my claim. Best of luck HC!
Indoor seating is close, but not uncomfortably so. Outdoor seating is perfect for a summer evening meal. Their mole sauce is amazing, and I recommend trying it on an enchilada plate. I usually get the chorizo and beans appetizer, served with corn tortillas...and then finish them off with some chips. Excellent selection of Tequilas by the glass, all very affordable. Only things I dislike are the front door...seems to always be a traffic jam at it, and the room is a little dark. But these are minor details at an otherwise delicious meal.

Half beauty salon, half hair cuts, this is a good business. I can't speak for the beauty salon side of things, but I can say that i get excellent hair cuts at an affordable price every time. Top of the line hair-care products and friendly staff. For those who don't want to pay exorbitant prices at a salon or get sheared at the barber in Palo Alto, this is your place.
So far, my experience at Watercourse Way has been absolutely perfect. They have been around for ages, and have continued to update their ambience and add staff to make it a bustling, dense singularity of zen in Palo Alto and the greater bay area. Massage and tub prices are fairly priced if you consider it's location and compare it to other day spas. They have an extended selection of new and unusual treatments, most fairly expensive, but all well worth the price. I recommend trying out a one-hour tub followed by a one-hour massage. You'll feell unbelieveably refreshed and relaxed, and it wont break the bank!

Excellent produce and organic products, but price is very high, parking is difficult and almost always a line...but I guess quality groceries are popular! They have seating if you want to gobble your goodies before you get home, and very helpful and experienced staff. I give it 4/5 only b/c it's so expensive! Otherwise it's a perfect 5!

Peaceful atmosphere. Once you step in you almost forget about the bustle of University outside. Drop your cares for a while and pick up a delicious espresso drink made with quality and care. Sit upstairs and hunker down with a book, or gaze dreamily out the front windows downstairs while the traffic whizzes by. Also has two tables outside on the sidewalk, but they seem to be always occupied. If they're free, I'd suggest grabbing one and seeing what all the fuss is about!

I'm particular to the hash browns, bacon and eggs any time of day, but their menu is replete with baked goodies, lunch items and yes, very sweet and delicious milkshakes. Great diner in downtown Palo Alto!
Lightning quick service. Affordable entrees. Nice outdoor seating. Excellent place to grab a tasty, quick meal in downtown Palo Alto, in my book.
